As a second-generation mortgage banker, Erica brings decades of industry knowledge rooted in her family’s mortgage business, combined with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a deeply personalized approach to home financing.

Based in the Tampa Bay area, Erica works with homebuyers and homeowners throughout Hillsborough County, Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, Plant City, Pasco County, Pinellas County, Polk County, and Manatee County.
